How the initiative is structured
The United Kingdom's technology sector is growing atextraordinary pace, driving strong and sustained demand for AI, softwareengineering, and cybersecurity expertise across industries. At the same time, Jordan has made significant, strategic investments in its ICT sector, producing technically exceptional graduates, building modern digitalinfrastructure, and passing comprehensive data protection legislation (the PDPLNo. 24 of 2023) aligned with international standards. These two facts have been true simultaneously for severalyears. What has been absent is a structured, government-recognised framework toconnect them reliably and at scale. THRIVE is that framework.
